We are open Monday to Thursday 09:00–18:00, Friday 09:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00, and Saturday 09:00–18:00. On Sundays and public holidays — including 25 and 26 December and New Year’s Day — the shop is closed.

What bike size does my child need?
It depends on height and inside-leg length, not just age. As a rough guide: 12–16 inches for toddlers, 20 inches from about age 6, 24–26 inches for school children. We are happy to advise you in person.
How do I find the frame size without giving it away?
Discreetly measure the inside leg on well-fitting trousers or ask about their height. With these measurements we will find the right frame size together.
Can I reserve a bike until Christmas?
Just ask us — in many cases we can set your chosen bike aside until Christmas.
Are there affordable bikes as gifts?
Yes. Inspected used bikes start at approx. €80 with a 3-month warranty. Accessories such as a helmet, lock or lights also make great small gifts.
Are you open between Christmas and New Year?
Yes, on all working days during our normal hours. Closed on 25 and 26 December and on New Year’s Day.
What warranty does a gifted bike have?
New bikes have a 24-month warranty; used bikes 3 months on chain, gears, derailleur, dynamo, pedals and hydraulic brakes.
